Purchase from Talis Wellness with confidence and peace of mind. We are working to ensure the best experience for you. In case you want to return our product & get a refund for the product for any of the reasons mentioned below,  please reach out to customer care at contact@tallisindia.com on the same day or the next business day of delivery.

We offer returns & refunds only in the following cases:

● You received the wrong shipment

● You received a damaged product

● You received an expired product

Refund Process

1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at contact@tallisindia.com on the same day or the next business day of delivery. No refund claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 2 days from the time of delivery of the product. Please make a video for your claim & send it to us at the above mentioned email address along with the description of your issue.

2. Claim Review: Please allow us at least 48 hours to review your request. No opened/tampered/used product will be eligible for refund or return.

3. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged, including any kits which must be returned in their entirety.

4. Ship Your Return: Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep (same address as delivery)

5. Claim Verification: Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 14 business days.

6. Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

7. Payment Provider Processing: The time it takes for funds to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 3-5 working days).

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer any exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our refund process and place a new order for the desired product.

Other Considerations

● Purchases from Other E-tailers: If you purchased your Talis Wellness products from another e-tailer, please contact them directly for returns in accordance with their own policy.

● Policy Amendments: We reserve the right to amend or cancel this returns policy at any time at our sole discretion. For detailed information, refer to our Terms of Service.
