Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery details

We currently offer only Domestic Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is estimated to be completed within 5-14 business days after order processing. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Talis Wellness is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or the next business day of delivery.


Shipping Rates

As per applicable policies, shipping charges may be levied from time to time and will accordingly appear on your checkout page. For orders above a value of Rs 900, we do not levy shipping charges.

As of now we do not provide Cash on Delivery. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping to any country outside India.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
